We are aware that our success as a company is success of our employees. We always try to support our employees both educational and different activities. We care for the education of youths.

Faz hires high qualified employees, which most of them are educated and trained within Faz education program. Since 1986, we have been supporting the training of our young people with the Apprenticeship School approved by the Ministry of National Education, which was established for the purpose of raising qualified intermediate staffs that both our company and the industry need. After three years of training, we also offer jobs to our young people.
